Box-it Are Delighted To Announce That We Have Been Awarded on to the ESPO Framework

Box-it are delighted to announce that we have been awarded National ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) accreditation (Contract No.2957) for Document Storage and Retrieval Services, this is in addition to (Contract No.390 for Document Scanning and No.981 Confidential Shredding).  This provides any public sector organisation with access to a full range of Document Management services through Box-it, via the ESPO frameworks, saving significant procurement costs in the process whilst ensuring significant cost advantages from these established framework agreements.

ESPO’s primary objective is to offer customers with a simple, time saving and cost effective procurement route for the provision of goods and services in full compliance with the EU Directives.

ESPO is a member of Pro5 , which includes  some of the largest public sector professional buying organisations in the UK with a combined purchasing power in excess of £2 billion per annum.  This enables public sector organisations and registered charities to:
        Obtain the best value solutions for commonly purchased goods and services.
        Deliver savings and therefore contribute to local efficiency targets.
        Save time and effort by accessing pre-negotiated compliant procurement arrangements.

Box-it  has worked with ESPO over a number of years and jointly we have won a number of major customer contracts already to include Ordnance Survey, Cambridgeshire County Council, Wealden District Council and Manchester City Council.  This has enabled these organisations to save time and money.
